The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Patriots Swim Team has competed in 4 dual meets and 2 invitationals this semester. With their times and finishes, several individuals have been ranked among the top 20 in the nation and over 40 swims have placed in the top 10 in the latest NAIA Swimming rankings.   

The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Patriots swim team traveled to Bowling Green, KY this past weekend to compete in the Western Kentucky University (WKU) Hilltopper Invitational. The meet consisted of prelim swims in the morning and in the evening swimmers who made top 16 raced in the finals. 

The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men and Women's swim and dive team traveled to Bristol, Tennessee on November 12^thto compete against King and Milligan College. The men won over both King (113-65) and Milligan (114-69). The women's team had many swimmers step up but they fell to both Milligan (63-111) and King (62-101). 

The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men and Women's swim and dive team traveled to Sewanee, Tennessee on November 4^thand 5^thto compete in the 11^thAnnual Sewanee Invitational. The Patriots raced against 10 teams and placed 2^ndoverall in both the men and women's categories. The women added 622 points to their score, behind Sewanee's 793 while the men scored 697.5 points overall. 

The University of the Cumberlands (UC) swimming teams traveled to Sewanee, Tennessee on Saturday October 22^ndto compete against Sewanee: The University of the South. The Patriots men's team dominated their competition resulting in 147 points to Sewanee's 123 points. The Patriot women raced hard with 138 points but fell short to the Tigers who came away with 143 points.  Altogether, UC won 19 out of the 32 events.
