On Friday January 13^th, the University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men and Women's swim and dive teams participated in a dual with Lindsey Wilson College and Campbellsville University. Both teams won in dominating fashion in Columbia, KY on Friday night.  The women's team won over both Lindsey Wilson (64-30) and Campbellsville (68-19) while the men's team defeated Lindsey Wilson (120-63). 

The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men & Women's Swimming team has made an impression so far this year, with over 50 times placed in the NAIA Top 20 Swimming rankings.

In the first NAIA Men's Swimming & Diving Coaches' Poll released December 6^th, the Patriots Men's Swim Team are ranked 4^thin the nation. They totaled 11 points, outscoring Concordia University and rival school, Union College. The Patriots Women's Swim Team tallied 6 points, placing them 5^thin the first of the rankings, also ahead of Concordia University and Union College. 

The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Patriots Swim Team has competed in 4 dual meets and 2 invitationals this semester. With their times and finishes, several individuals have been ranked among the top 20 in the nation and over 40 swims have placed in the top 10 in the latest NAIA Swimming rankings.   

The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Patriots swim team traveled to Bowling Green, KY this past weekend to compete in the Western Kentucky University (WKU) Hilltopper Invitational. The meet consisted of prelim swims in the morning and in the evening swimmers who made top 16 raced in the finals. 

The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men and Women's swim and dive team traveled to Bristol, Tennessee on November 12^thto compete against King and Milligan College. The men won over both King (113-65) and Milligan (114-69). The women's team had many swimmers step up but they fell to both Milligan (63-111) and King (62-101).
