Lauren Wombles (London, KY) is a member of the Patriots' Women's Basketball Team.

Last week, the Patriots went 2-0 on the week improving their season record to 10-1 and 3-0 in the Mid-South Conference.  On the 8^th, UC defeated Trevecca Nazarene University by a final score of 82-64.  Wombles led the team that night with 25 points and 11 rebounds.  On December 10^th, the Patriots defeated #20 Columbia College 74-69.  Wombles once again led the team in scoring with 26 points and 11 rebounds for her 2^nd double-double in just three days. 

The Patriot ladies will travel to participate in two exhibitions on December 19^th and December 21^st in the Bahamas before coming back to the states to compete in the Cumberland University Classic on December 29^th and 30^th.  The Patriots will take on Trevecca Nazarene University on the 29^th at 7:00 pm and Cumberland University on the 30^th at 3:00 pm.
