Aaron Watkins (Harlan, KY) is a member of the Patriots Men's Golf team.

Last week, the Patriot Men's golf team hosted the Bill Sergent Invitational at Crooked Creek Golf Course in London, Kentucky. The Patriots carried a tie for 1^st into round 2, but had a stellar day in round two to come away with a team victory defeating runner up Lee University by two strokes.

Watkins shot an opening round 70 (-2) and was tied for 2^nd place, one stroke back off the leader. During the second round, Watkins continued his consistent play shooting a 2^nd round 69 (-3), finishing the tournament at five under par (-5), a one stroke victory over a Lee competitor.
