Cheerleaders from the University of the Cumberlands competed for the 2007 Mid-South Conference Championship title on March 1, 2007, in Frankfort, Kentucky. The squad placed third behind Campbellsville University and Georgetown College and earned six All-Conference honors.

Amanda Farris (Corbin, KY) and Greg Foley (Stanford, KY) earned a spot on the All-Conference Cheerleading squad.

Student-athletes Michelle Lackey (Prestonsburg, KY), Jolina Miller (Adams, TN), Amy Shemwell (Trenton, KY), and Emily Sturgill (Pineville, KY) were named to the Academic All-Conference squad.
