The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Women's Golf program is rich in tradition and has a history of great play across the country.  With numerous international stars as well as stars in our home state, the Patriots have built themselves as a household name in the NAIA.  Head Coach Chris Kraftick and staff have began that drive on the recruiting trail quickly this year and have inked one of the their top recruits for the 2014-15 season in Brianne Coe.

Brianne is the daughter of Greg and Stacy Coe and hails from Russell Springs, KY.  She will graduate from Russell County High School in May.  During her career, Coe has been the 2012 Kentucky Women's State AM Semi Finalist and has made 6 career Kentucky State Tournament Appearances.  She has been a part of 5 Team Regional Championships and was a member of the 4th place Finish in the KHSAA State Tournament.  She also has 3 high school Invitational Wins and was the Medalist in the 2013 Senior All Star Event.

When asked about signing with Cumberlands, Brianne said, "I said at the beginning of the recruiting process that a program's ability to win was very important to me.  Cumberlands is a well established program with a winning tradition.  It's a close knit group of ladies and I knew it was the right place for me."

Coach Kraftick commented, "It seems like our women's program is on a roll right now.  Brianne is a huge commit for us.  She has been one of the top players in Kentucky for 5 plus years now.  She has a great deal of talent and competitive drive.  It really says a lot about where this program is and where it's heading to be able to recruit and land such high level players."
