The University of the Cumberlands men's wrestling program has its highest preseason ranking in school history this season as they were picked #5 in the NAIA.  Head Coach Matt Lowers and staff know that this team has what it takes to make a run at a NAIA National Championship.  With the Patriots moving up in the rankings, many others have turned their attention to what's going on in Williamsburg with the UC Men's Wrestling program.

Takedown Radio is a weekly radio show on http://www.takedownradio.com that looks at the world of wrestling at all levels including high school and collegiate wrestling.  This past week, Coach Lowers was a guest on Takedown Radio as he spoke about the outstanding growth that the Patriot program has had over the past few years, the rankings for the upcoming season, and his thoughts on the program's future.  Takedown Radio also did a full story on the Patriot Wrestling program.  To listen to the audio interview as well as read what Takedown Radio had to say about UC Men's Wrestling, go to http://www.takedownradio.com/articles/8024.
