On Saturday, September 22nd, the University of the Cumberlands (UC) football team will be recognizing the local elementary schools as they host their inaugural Elementary School Day when they take on Mid-South Conference (MSC) opponent University of Pikeville at 1:30 pm.

Head Coach John Bland encourages all students, parents and football fans to come out to James H. Taylor, II Stadium in Williamsburg, KY to show your support for the Patriots and to show off their spirit for their own schools.  All students ages 11 and under will be admitted into the game free of charge.  Cumberlands will also be offering face painting at the game for everyone and the new mascot Patriot Pride will be on hand as well.

The Patriots, off to a hot 3-0 start to the season, are chasing after their fifth MSC Championship in the last six years.  Join them on this day for some fun and exciting action with your friends and family.
