The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men and Women's archery teams were back in action this past weekend as they traveled to Newberry, FL to compete in the Southeast Regional Intercollegiate Championship (SERIAC).   This was a crucial tournament for the Patriots as it showed who was among the best in the Southeast region.

The University of the Cumberlands (UC) football team is in preparation under new Head Coach Matt Rhymer for the 2014 season.  The Patriots are coming off the best season in school history with a 13-1 record, an NAIA National Championship game appearance, an undefeated regular season, and their 6th Mid-South Conference (MSC) Championship.  They have built a dynasty in Williamsburg, KY, and should come as no shock that they were ranked 3rd in the NAIA Spring Top 25 Football poll.

The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Softball program is in the midst of their 2013-14 season and has been solid throughout Mid-South Conference (MSC) play.  With the Patriots sitting at 10-10 in the MSC, UC looks to get to back into MSC play this season.  One particular Patriot excelled this week and for her efforts was awarded.

This past weekend, the University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men and Women's Track and Field teams hosted 20 different teams at the Annual University of the Cumberlands Invitational at James H. Taylor, II Stadium.  This was one of the largest home meets UC has ever had as over 700 athletes competed.
